KickBill is a small hobby project for friends. It's free and provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and correct, but we can't promise it always will be.
Check the split. The bill is read automatically and can be wrong. Before anyone pays, check the items and amounts.
No accounts, no passwords. No registration or real name required. Pick any name you like, and save a payment handle only if you want to be paid back. Anyone with a room's link or code can open it and see the bill, the names and the payment details in it, so share it only with your table, and only upload bills you're allowed to share. We ask search engines not to index rooms. Anyone with the link can still open them.
Only send photos of bills. Photos are sent to Anthropic to be read. A photo that doesn't resolve to a room isn't saved in our photo storage. Don't upload or type anything sensitive, such as ID documents, card numbers or health information.
Payments happen outside KickBill. Payment links open Revolut, PayPal or a Lightning wallet. KickBill never handles money and isn't part of any payment between you and others.
Use it fairly. Don't misuse the service or try to break it, and don't upload anything unlawful. We may limit use to keep it running for everyone.
Rooms expire. A room and its contents are deleted 90 days after it's created.
These terms can change. If they do, the date at the top changes.
